Meet Lisa
Lisa Rhodes is the Broker and Owner of Rhodes Realty Group, LLC, a boutique brokerage built on the belief that real estate is about people, not just property. A longtime Florida resident, she grew up in Naples and has called Plant City home since 2005.
With over a decade of experience, Lisa has guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through life’s biggest transitions with strategic insight, strong negotiation skills, and calm, client-focused support. Deeply connected to her community, she has served as Chair of the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce and remains active in local organizations including Rotary and Toastmasters.
Outside of real estate, Lisa enjoys time with her family and grandchildren, reading, and embracing the Florida lifestyle. At the heart of her work is a commitment to making real estate personal, purposeful, and service-driven.
