Lisa A. Rhodes is the Broker/Owner of Rhodes Realty Group, founded in August 2023 to build a brokerage rooted in trust, not pressure. Originally from Naples, Lisa has called Plant City home for over 20 years and is deeply invested in its community, serving on the Plant City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and as a member of Plant City Rotary and the ACA Business Club. A mom of six, she brings the same steady, hands-on approach to her business as she does her family: real onboarding, real coaching, and a brokerage built to grow the right way.

Estela Brito brings a nurse's heart to real estate, focusing on listings while staying open to helping clients wherever she's needed.
Caring for people has always been part of who she is, and that same compassion shapes how she guides every client through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Her husband flips houses, making real estate a true family passion. Originally from Mexico, she's called the Plant City area home for about 30 years.
Outside of work, she treasures family cookouts, game nights, and time with her church community.

Lali Garcia brings four years of licensed experience and a genuine passion for helping families at every stage,from first-time buyers to those seeking land, new construction, or their next home.
A former personal banker, Lali discovered her love of helping people long before real estate and now channels that into guiding clients with patience and honesty. She values close, one-on-one relationships with her clients, bringing the same attentiveness and care to every transaction she takes on.
Outside of work, Lali is active in her church and enjoys running,competing in 5Ks, and spending time with her family.

Crystal Sanchez is a bilingual Realtor specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, from first-time homebuyers to investment and business properties.
Before real estate, Crystal worked as a general lines insurance agent and co-managed a food truck. She thrives on staying organized and accountable, checking in
weekly to keep her business steady and growing. Crystal moved to Plant City from Valrico at age ten and has
deep roots in the community.
Outside of work, she's active in her church and loves spending time by the pool with
her family.

Before real estate, Mark worked in swimming pool construction and as a mailman, jobs that taught him the value of hard work and showing up for people. He brings that same work ethic to every client relationship, walking buyers through the process step by step so nothing feels overwhelming.
Outside of real estate, Mark spends his time fishing, cooking, and enjoying time with his wife and three boys, along with a backyard full of ducks and chickens, in Mulberry.

Carter Metts leads Purple Cow Property Management under the Rhodes Realty Group umbrella, specializing in property management and small-to-mid-sized commercial sales and leasing.
Before real estate, Carter worked in insurance as an agent and claims adjuster, experience that shaped his problem-solving approach to helping business owners find their first or next location.
Carter had known broker Lisa Rhodes for years before joining, drawn by the chance to grow a property management company under her leadership.
Outside of work, he's usually with his wife and kids, enjoying Florida's theme parks and beaches together.

Stephanie Leon was the very first agent to join Rhodes Realty Group, bringing four years of licensed experience and a special focus on first-time homebuyers throughout Polk County.
Stephanie remembers buying her first home young and not getting the guidance she needed, so she became the agent she wishes she'd had, walking every client through the process with patience and honesty. Born and raised in Plant City, she's passionate about helping local families find their footing.
Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband, four dachshunds, and her church family.
